How Does Kleard Help Lenders?
When a buyer signs in at an open house, if they're not pre-approved, they will see a question asking if they'd like to be contacted by a lender to help get pre-approved. If they tap yes, you as the paying Kleard partner lender will receive the buyer's contact info in an email (3 total lenders per Zip Code will receive the buyer's info and from there, you as the lender will then contact the buyer to try and get the buyer to work with you). The buyer will be aware that a lender will be contacting them.
If the real estate agent has their own preferred lender, they will show up as the 4th lender but this will only be for their open house. As a paying lender, you would receive all buyer leads in that Zip Code when buyers taps yes to if they want help getting pre-approved.
