Kleard is launching our lender model July 1st and the way it works is when a buyer signs in at an open house, if they're not pre-approved, they will see a question asking if they'd like to be contacted by a preferred lender to help get pre-approved. If they tap yes, you as the paying Kleard partner lender will receive the buyer's contact info in an email (3 total lenders per State will receive the buyer's info and from there the lenders contact the buyer to try and get the buyer to work with them).
If the real estate agent has their own preferred lender, they will show up as the 4th lender but this will only be for their specific open houses. As a paying lender, you would receive all buyer leads in that State when the buyer taps yes to if they want help getting pre-approved.
There will be 3 lenders per State as we first launch this new feature and it will eventually go to a County level, then zip code level but we don't forsee this happening for several months.
Our stats show that 52% of buyers at Kleard open houses ARE NOT pre-approved, so it's a great opportunity, especially because these are buyers PHYSICALLY going to an open house, which means a higher quality lead than what you'd get online for someone just browsing homes.
We offer a month-to-month agreement, cancel anytime but you can also sign a 6-month agreement to lock in a guaranteed price because prices will go up over time.
Kleard is partnered with REALTOR Associations, MLS', and Kleard is growing at a great pace! We're also top rated on the app store for Open House apps.
If you'd be interested in our lender model, please let us know what price you'd be willing to pay. We're using a bidding process to determine which 3 lenders to select per State.
